i have never had a problem with spend bitcoins (buying btc from them) over the last 6 months using them except for today when my order didn’t go through. i sent an email off to support and within 1 hour not only had they returned my email they had also solved the problem. Jeremy and the team really need to be proud of how well they run their business and i couldn’t recommend this company anymore then i already do!!!

i have been purchasing bitcoins from spendbitcoins for about a month now on a weekly basis. I was introduced to this service by a friend and is the only one i had or have ever used. Being new to the bitcoin world I didn’t know what to expect and like all newbies am always worrying about losing my money… so just yesterday i did just that because not only did i put in one wrong digit in my wallet address , the teller at the bank also did not quote the reference number ….. i definately told her to do that…… before i even had time to realise there was a problem Jeremy sent me an email asking me to check my wallet details and what i had to do to fix the problem….. of course i didnt see that email before i checked my wallet and couldnt see my bitcoin and like a lunatic sent an email to spendbitcoin asking what was going on and explaining that i got one digit wrong in my wallet… filled with panic because i honestly thought that i had just lost $400 AUD ….. well jeremy – the main man helped me through the confusion and sorted the whole thing out for me ….. less than 24hours of dealing with jeremy i had my bitcoins…..phewww…. i was so happy and thoughout the process became alot more educated on how it all works and how to be a lot more secure in the way i do my purchasing so as to limit my chances of losing money/bitcoins and be more security wise. Also i wasn’t passed around to various people and never did jeremy leave me hanging for a reply…..This is THE BEST PLACE IN AUSTRALIA to buy bitcoin if only but for the fact that the service is personal, hands on from the number one man Jeremy himself and you dont get that ANYWHERE these days…. i hope for Jeremy to do well in his business spenbitcoins and hope everyone passes on the great experiences and service they get to all their friends so Jeremy and spendbitcoins is successful because i believe as a customer we will benefit from the success of spendbitcoins as our cost of doing business with jeremy will be kept to a minimum…. that is just the way this company and jeremy are …. thank-you so much and i wish you all the success with all your endeavours with spendbitcoin and look forward to learning more through reading the forums…. regards darren

Used spendbitcoins many times and had my first ‘troubles’ with the service yesterday due to banking companies internet clients breaking but all it did was delay the order so it was no real trouble at all, it wasn’t spendbitcoins fault but Jeremy did everything in his power to confirm the transaction as soon as possible and stayed up all night to do so, he really cares about his customers. I would have to say as well that we all must be grateful for he created the most convenient and easy to use Exchange in Australia years ago and he also maintains it.

Highly recommended – very trustworthy. Just always remember to double check that the bank teller includes your reference in the deposit comments to avoid any stress for you! Jeremy was very quick and helpful with my support call.

I’ve made a few purchases now very happy overall I think you guys are getting faster with your deposits and better coverage on weekends… Just a word of caution just like spendbitcoins have mentioned it’s always worth comparing the exchange rate to say Mt Gox.. as there is sometimes a a glaring anomoly… Most of the time it’s on par but not always! Overall I have no desire to shop elsewhere….

I bought my first BTC through spend bitcoins today. Was very VERY skeptical! Glad I went through with it. The 10% markup is well worth it in my opinion just because of how simple it is.
